HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?
Browse our competitions and click on the one you want to enter. Select the number of tickets you want, fill in your details on the entry form and complete the process. You will need to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions. You will receive an email confirming your entry.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I WON?
We will notify the winner by telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details before the closing date, you must inform us. We will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will forfeit your right to claim the prize.
HOW LONG IS THE COMPETITION OPEN?
The opening and closing dates of the competitions are specified on the website. Should we need to change any of these dates for any reason, we will update the website accordingly. We will only change the dates if necessary for reasons beyond our control.
CAN I CHANGE MY PRIZE?
The prize announced for the draw is considered final, unless a cash alternative has been indicated.
HOW IS THE WINNER DECIDED?
All ticket numbers are entered into the draw. The winner will be chosen via Google Random Number Generator in a live broadcast on Facebook and TikTok, ensuring full transparency.

Our system will automatically check if you are an instant winner and the results will be displayed on your screen. Our team will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange for your prize to be collected. If you have won site credit, it will be automatically added to your account.
HOW CAN I SEE MY TICKET NUMBER?
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and ticket numbers. You can also check your active and past ticket numbers by logging into your account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOT ALL ENTRIES ARE GIVEN TO A COMPETITION?
We reserve the right to extend the competition until we sell 80% of the total number of tickets in play.
HOW TO GET PRIZES
Larger prizes will be delivered personally by a member of the Joker Arena team within 14 days of the winner being announced. Any other prizes will be delivered to your address, free of charge.
