The following 'Terms' apply to all entry purchases on www.jokerarena.com and all entries/registrations submitted to any competition on the promoter's website.

By registering and entering a competition on www.jokerarena.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Promoterās Terms and Conditions.
1. The Organizer/Promoter

2. The competition
Competition Participation
2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions available on the organizerās website, www.jokerarena.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). By entering a competition, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. The organizer may offer different formats for competitions, each with distinct entry requirements. Participation in each competition may incur an entry fee, as specified on the relevant competition page. Entry fees are applicable each time you choose to participate in any competition.
2.3. To be eligible for a chance to win, each person entering the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") must meet the following requirements:
- 2.3.1. Correctly answer a question or solve a problem provided by the organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Question"), as outlined in the competition details;
- 2.3.2. In the event that the organizer offers a simplified question, multiple-choice options, or does not require a Competition Question, a free entry option may be available for eligible participants, as outlined in the competition details.
3. How to enter the competition
Entry and Competition Mechanics
3.1. Each competition will open and close on the dates specified on the Website (the āOpening Dateā and the āClosing Dateā, respectively). All times stated refer to the London, UK time zone.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Opening Date and/or Closing Date at its sole discretion if deemed necessary. Any such changes will be published on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date solely to sell additional entries, unless required to cover acquisition costs or processing fees.
3.3. All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the advertised time on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time will not be included and no refunds will be issued.
3.4. Each competition will have a capped maximum number of entries as stated on the Website. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict the number of entries per participant if the entry limit is reached.
3.5. Free postal entries are strictly limited to one entry per person per competition. Each free entry must be submitted separately via individual postal submissions. Bulk or group submissions in a single envelope will be treated as one entry and may be disqualified.
3.6. To enter a competition, participants must:
- Visit www.jokerarena.com;
- Select the competition and view the competition question, if applicable;
- Submit an answer to the question (if required) using skill and knowledge;
- Complete the online registration form;
- Purchase the desired number of entries, subject to availability.
3.7. All online entries must be submitted in either English or Romanian.
3.8. Upon successful submission, the Promoter will send a confirmation email to the registered email address acknowledging receipt of the entry.
3.9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise failed entries due to technical or other issues, including failures of systems, networks, software, or hardware.
3.10. By submitting an entry and purchasing tickets, you enter into a binding contract with the Promoter and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Free Postal Entry Route
3.11. Entrants may enter the competition for free without purchasing an entry, by meeting all of the following requirements:
- 3.11.1. Register a free account at www.jokerarena.com;
- 3.11.2. Send a first-class letter by post to:

- Your full name
- Full residential address
- Email address and contact number
- The competition name
- Your answer to the competition question (if applicable)
- 3.11.4. One free entry per envelope; bulk entries will be treated as one entry or rejected;
- 3.11.5. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries will be disqualified;
- 3.11.6. No confirmation will be issued for postal entries;
- 3.11.7. Entries must arrive before the competition's Closing Date;
- 3.11.8. One free entry allowed per competition per person;
- 3.11.9. Entries delivered by hand or courier will not be accepted.
Eligibility and Legal Standing
3.12. Only individuals aged 18 years or older may enter any competition. By entering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3.13. Competitions are based on skill. Entrants must correctly answer the competition question (if applicable) to qualify for the prize draw.
3.14. By entering the competition, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and declare that all provided information is true and accurate.
3.15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
4. Choosing the winner
Winner Selection & Draw Process
4.1. All participants who correctly answer the competition question (where applicable) will be entered into a random draw to determine the winner(s). The draw will be conducted using Googleās Random Number Generator. If a competition does not require a question, all eligible participants will be included in the draw.
4.2. The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable and in any case within 7 days of the competitionās Closing Date. The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the draw date only under exceptional circumstances, with notice provided on the website.
4.3. Participantsā first names, initials, and ticket numbers may be published on the competition page and may be visible during a live-streamed draw to ensure full transparency and fairness.

5. Eligibility
Eligibility & Disqualification
5.1. The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom or the European Union, with the following exceptions:
- 5.1.1. Employees of the Promoter;
- 5.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; and
- 5.1.3. Immediate family members or anyone otherwise connected, professionally or personally, to individuals listed in clauses 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.
5.2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter and claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to do so within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify entries that:
- 5.3.1. Are generated automatically by software, bots, scripts, or any automated means;
- 5.3.2. Are incomplete or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is deemed to be contrary to the spirit or fairness of the competition. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards the Promoter, its staff, or other participants.
5.5. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- 5.5.1. Discovering after entry that you are not eligible to participate or claim the prize;
- 5.5.2. Becoming ineligible due to changes in the eligibility requirements after your entry is submitted;
- 5.5.3. Being disqualified from the competition for breaching these Terms and Conditions.
5.6. Any participant found to have engaged in any of the following will have all entries voided, receive no refund, and may be permanently banned from future competitions:
- 5.6.1. Actual or attempted fraud;
- 5.6.2. Fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment;
- 5.6.3. Unauthorized tampering, hacking, or interference with the websiteās operation;
- 5.6.4. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification of any website code or function.
6. The prize
Prizes
6.1. Description of the Prize
The prize for each competition is described on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize"). Details about the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter's knowledge, information, and belief, correct at the time of opening. However, the Promoter does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the prize.
6.2. Availability and Substitution of the Prize
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal value. If any details of the prize change, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to update the website as soon as possible.
6.3. No Representations or Warranties
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize, including but not limited to its value, condition, or any other information provided on the website. The Promoter also makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
6.4. Third-Party Suppliers
The prize may be provided by a third-party supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier"). If applicable, details about the Supplier will be made available on the website. The Promoter is not responsible for the actions of the Supplier or any issues arising with the prize provision.
6.5. Cash Alternative
The Promoter reserves the right to offer the option of a cash alternative to the prize won. This cash alternative will be provided via bank transfer to the winner, with the cash value clearly displayed on the competition page. The winner may choose this option instead of accepting the physical prize.
6.6. Replacement with Cash Prize
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with a Cash Prize under the following circumstances:
6.6.1. The prize becomes unavailable;
6.6.2. Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that necessitate such a change.
6.7. Non-Negotiability and Non-Transferability
The prize is not negotiable or transferable, and no alternative or substitution will be offered, unless specifically stated by the Promoter.
6.8. If the Prize is a Holiday/Cruise
6.8.1. Details about the holiday or cruise, including the maximum number of people, transport class, and the travel operator to the travel destination, along with the duration of the stay, will be specified on the competition page. Any excluded dates will also be mentioned. The prize does not include travel insurance, transfer costs to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, taxes, or personal expenses unless otherwise specified on the competition page. Any additional costs incurred beyond those mentioned above are the responsibility of the winner(s).
6.8.2. You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person traveling with you are available for travel and hold valid passports, necessary visas, and travel documents for the holiday/cruise on the specified travel dates. Once the travel dates are notified to the travel agent, they cannot be changed.
6.9. If the Prize is a House, Apartment, or Other Property
6.9.1. All participants are responsible for doing their own research and due diligence related to the prize, their eligibility to enter the competition, their rights and eligibility to take ownership of the prize property, and their rights to enter or reside in the country where the prize is located, etc. All costs, fees, or expenses incurred by the participant in conducting such research or due diligence will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
6.9.2. The winner of the prize will be required to enter into a legally binding contract either with the Promoter or with the supplier to transfer legal title of the prize to the winner. The terms of the contract are non-negotiable. If the winner refuses to sign or cannot enter into any of the legal documents necessary to transfer ownership of the prize to the winner in a reasonable time, the winner will be disqualified from the competition and will lose the prize. The Promoter will then be entitled to offer the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the correct entries received before the closing date.
6.9.3. Due to the nature of the prize, the date of transfer of ownership cannot be guaranteed, but the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to complete the transfer of ownership as soon as possible.
6.10. If the Prize is a Vehicle
6.10.1. The Promoter will ensure, unless otherwise specified, that it comes with a valid periodic technical inspection (if required);
6.10.2. No insurance is included with the prize, and it is the winner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is properly insured before using it on public roads;
6.10.3. The Promoter has no responsibility for the prize once it has been delivered. The winner is fully responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations concerning the vehicle, its operation, and ensuring it is used in a safe and responsible manner;
6.10.4. No vehicle tax or road tax is included;
6.10.5. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary licenses, qualifications, knowledge, and experience to drive the vehicle safely and legally;
6.10.6. The winner is fully responsible for ensuring they have all the necessary safety equipment and clothing (e.g., helmets, boots, and gloves) and for wearing them while driving the vehicle.
7. Winners
Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. Final Decision
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition. No correspondence, discussion, or appeal will be entered into regarding the decision of the Promoter.
7.2. Winner Contact
The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as possible after the draw date, using the phone number or email address provided by the participant when entering the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the correct entries received before the closing date.
7.3. Publicity of Winner Information
The Promoter is required to publish or make available information that a valid award has taken place. To meet this obligation, the Promoter will publish the full name, city, or county of the winners of major prizes on the website.
7.4. Objection to Publicity
If you object to the publication of your full name, city or county, or winning entry being made available, you must contact the Promoter at [email protected] before the closing date of the competition. Please note that in such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the winnerās details to relevant authorities upon request.
8. Claiming the Prize
Claiming the Prize
8.1. Prize Claiming
You must claim the prize in person. The prize cannot be claimed by any third party on your behalf. Details regarding how the prize will be delivered to you, or how it can be collected, will be made available on the website.
8.2. Change of Personal Details
If your personal details, including contact information, change at any time, you must promptly update your account and notify the Promoter of any changes. If the details change during an open competition or following a recent order, you must notify the Promoter via email at [email protected].
8.3. Notification Requirements
All notifications regarding personal details changes must include the following: the competition you participated in, your old details, and your updated details. If your details change within 10 days of the competitionās closing date, the Promoter will continue to use the old details to attempt to contact you.
8.4. Cash Prize Payment
Any cash prize will be transferred directly to the bank account nominated by the winner. The winner must provide sufficient evidence proving they are the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account. Failure to comply with this requirement within 14 days of notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the correct entries received prior to the closing date.
8.5. No Responsibility for Non-Claiming
The Promoter accepts no responsibility and is under no obligation to provide compensation if you are unable to claim the prize or fail to do so.
8.6. Post-Claim Responsibility
Once the winner has taken possession of the prize, the Promoter will no longer be responsible for ensuring the prize as no insurance is included with the prizes.
9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Liability for Loss, Damage, Personal Injury, or Death
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors shall not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising as a result of accepting the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors, or employees. Your legal rights are not affected by this limitation.
9.2. Accuracy of Prize Descriptions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions in the description of any prize awarded in any competition on the site, or for the value of the prize, or any other description or specification, or any other part of the site. It is the responsibility of each participant (particularly the winner(s)) to ensure the accuracy of such details and/or any content on the site.
9.3. Liability for Technical Errors or Human Error
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions caused by human error or technical defects in the Promoter's technological infrastructure. This limitation of liability applies in situations such as errors or defects leading to incorrect payment or the promise of payment of prizes or cash alternatives to registered users, or situations where registered users win prizes in a manner that was reasonably unintended. In such cases, prizes will not be paid, and subject to issuing a full refund to the registered user (or Site Credit, if the registered user prefers), the Promoter will have no further liability. Confirmation emails and other communications from the Promoter do not constitute acceptance of a transaction on the Promoterās site.
9.4. Non-Receipt of Prize Due to Incorrect Information
The Promoter is not liable for non-receipt or issues related to receiving a prize due to errors in the information provided by the winner(s), such as incorrect bank account details or an incorrect delivery address.
10. Data Protection and Disclosure
Data Protection and Publicity
10.1. Use of Personal Information
By participating in the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you upon entry into the competition may be stored and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers for the administration of the competition or in accordance with its privacy policy, a copy of which is available on the site.
10.2. Use of Winner's Name and Image
If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, and the town or county of your residence to announce the winner of this competition. You also agree to participate in any reasonable publicity activity requested by the Promoter.
10.3. Opting Out of Publicity
If you do not wish to participate in any publicity activity, you must notify the Promoter before the closing date. This will not affect your chances of winning the prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity activity about the competition, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement with which we must comply to demonstrate that the competition was administered properly and that the prize was awarded fairly.
10.4. Additional Personal Information
If you are the winner of the competition, you may be asked to provide additional personal information and proof of identity to confirm your eligibility to claim the prize and to transfer the ownership of the prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You have the right to request further details about how your personal information is used. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information in this way; however, by doing so, you may prevent the transfer of the prize to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and will forfeit the prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of the entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the correct entries received before the closing date.
10.5. Right to Withdraw and Data Deletion
Please note that, in accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to request that the Promoter does not contact you and delete your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will forfeit your entry into the competition, as it will not be possible to contact you if you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of the entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. If you do not want any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please send an email to the Promoter at [email protected] before the closing date.
11. General
Miscellaneous
11.1. Modification of Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically. The most recent version of these terms and conditions will be available on the website.
11.2. Breach of Terms
If there is reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
11.3. Cancellation, Suspension or Extension of Competition
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, void, extend, or modify the competition if it becomes necessary to do so. There is no minimum number of participants required to proceed with the competition. However, if less than 80% of the total available tickets are sold by the scheduled end date, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition at their sole discretion. The Promoter may also choose to proceed with the draw under the 80% threshold, but will only do so if deemed appropriate. In such cases, the Promoter will notify all participants in advance of the confirmed draw date.
11.4. No Affiliation with Facebook
Competitions on the site are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating in competitions, participants agree that Facebook has no responsibility and is not liable for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
11.5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.6. No Contractual Relationship
These Terms will not create or be interpreted as creating any type of contract or other agreement between any Participant and the Promoter.
11.7. Retention of Terms
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
12. Definitions
Definitions
Closing Date: means the date on which a Competition ends.
Competition: means any free draw operated by the Promoter on its website for which these Terms apply, in which participants submit entries and/or mail entries through the site for a chance to win the prize.
Draw: means the random selection of an entry and/or mail from the total class of entries, which takes place on the Draw Date of the relevant competition to determine the winner and, where applicable, the next placed entrants.
Draw Date: means the date on which the draw takes place, which will be the earlier of the Closing Date of the relevant competition or the time when the competition is exhausted.
Participant: means any individual person (excluding a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company) who validly submits an entry/registration or a postal entry/registration to a competition, in accordance with these Terms.
Entry/Registration: means a submission that has been validly submitted and completed by the Participant through the website, to obtain an opportunity to win a prize.
Postal Entry: means a postcard or letter written and sent validly, in accordance with these Terms, which is received by the Promoter.
Prize: refers to the good or service as specified in each competition that can be won by a winner of that Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative to the prize specified in the competition and to offer a prize of equal or greater value if, for any reason, the prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond the Participant's control.
Prize Value: means the description of the value of a prize in a competition.
Organizer/Promoter: means www.jokerarena.com, which is the trading name of Raffle Join LTD, company number 15129993, whose registered office is at Raffle Join LTD, 16 Verwood Close, NN3 8SX, Northampton.
Site Credit: means a credit deposit that can be applied to reduce the payment balance of a registered user.
Terms: means these terms and conditions.
